Position: Microvellum Draftsperson
Location: Warehouse is based at Woodridge QLD Australia 4114
Employment Type: Full-time (preceded by a 3-month probationary period)
Work Arrangement: We offer flexible work-from-home options during high workloads to support a healthy work-life balance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Proven drafting experience, especially in joinery, cabinet-making, or Shop fitting.
- Efficiently handle multiple jobs at a time
- Keeping up with workload
- Ability to work autonomously
- Efficiently gathering specifications and timelines to ensure accurate initial drafting.
- Ensure precise measurements to prevent site issues.
- Maintain open communication with the Operations Manager, keeping them informed and updated.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement procedures and systems that elevate efficiency and streamline workflows.
Desired Skillset & Personality:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting.
- A trade background is essential for comprehending workflow, impact, and the critical elements required in construction and installation drawings.
- Proficient in translating software drawings for CNC machine (OMNI 2040 Syntec - 60) execution.
- Acute commercial acumen with emphasis on commercial projects.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and preempting potential issues.
- Ego-free mindset; open to continuous learning and adaptation.
- Strong team player committed to achieving collective goals.
- Deep understanding and respect for ENP Fitouts values.
- Ability to follow guidance and directives from team leaders diligently.
- A razor-sharp focus on detail ensuring drafting accuracy.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000 annually, subject to performance.
