Role Overview:
We require a Mid-level Full-Stack Engineer who is stronger in their back-end ability to join our development team and integrate with our culture. While we are looking for someone who is stronger in the back end you will be required to work across both the frontend and backend of NGR’s systems. With the guarantee of new challenges every day pushing you to extend your knowledge and continuously learn and grow. The ideal candidate will be able to visit a co working location in South Melbourne once a fortnight for our ‘office’ day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer impactful software solutions tailored for NGR and its customers challenges.
- Integrate user-centric designs with solid server logic.
- Immerse yourself within challenges, ensuring application quality, scalability, and agility.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Uphold our CI/CD practices, aiming for beyond best practice processes, systems and quality.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Solid knowledge of C# .NET and Entity Framework.
- Demonstratable experience with GraphQL.
- Demonstratable experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstratable experience with Azure cloud eco system.
- Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
- Prior use of Jira, Git, Confluence, DevOps, or similar tools.
Nice To Have:
- Understanding of with Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and Azure Bicep.
- Familiar with Clean Architecture or similar architectural patterns.
- Familiar or experienced with React frontend libraries/frameworks.
