With 200 staff in five countries, and offices in Melbourne, Sydney, London and Austin, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023.About The RoleAs part of the merger of Mr Yum and me&u, we have consolidated our tech stack and are migrating all me&u customers to the new me&u 2.0 platform. Working in a migration team of eight, we are looking for a customer service and admin jet who can support the technical project managers who are completing the migrations by calling customers and scheduling their migration meetings.Reporting directly to one of the co-founders leading the migration, you will work in a welcoming close-knit team of other high-performers on one of the most strategically significant projects for the business this year. This newly created role will be key to keeping the migration project running smoothly and efficiently, maximising our resources.This is a full-time, 28 week max-Term Contract role until the 18th of October 2024, paying $31,000 and can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. What You'll DoCall customers to schedule their migration to the new me&u 2.0 platformSend templated calendar invites to team/customers and reminder messages where necessaryFollow call script processes and use initiative to meet weekly/monthly deadlinesHunt down hard to reach customers with regular follow-ups and diverse strategiesDiligently update and track all activities in our Monday project management toolProvide regular status updates and communication to the teamCo-ordinate the calendars of the technical project managers so the migration progress runs smoothly and efficientlyAttend weekly team meetings (remotely)Provide general administrative support to the team and work on ad-hoc projects as requiredWhat You'll NeedExceptional written and verbal communicationFriendly customer service for outbound customer callsHighly organised with keen attention to detailThrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment with team targets and deadlinesCan work autonomously, manage your own time and use initiativeFast wifi and personal phone for calling customersWhy me&u?Work with impact and purpose.
