About the role
This role is an entry level position that would grow with your level of experience and abilities. Your primary purpose is ensuring the day to day electrical maintenance of the processing plant, accommodation village and all associated systems. You will report to the electrical supervisor and the ensure the reliability and availability of the plant equipment.
Working in a safe manner and always to a high standard, this role will support periodic plant shut downs as determined by the maintenance program.
About You

• Relevant Trade qualifications
• Experience with data connections
• HV Switching qualification (highly desirable, but not essential)
• Hold current LVR/CPR qualification
• Experience with ELV over motors control (highly desirable, but not essential)
• Previous experience in a processing plant environment (highly desirable, but not essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Hold a current manual drivers licence

The Operation
Tritton Copper Operations is a long life copper operation located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales that commenced production in 2005. One hundred percent owned and operated by Aeris Resources, Tritton forms the cornerstone of Aeris copper production.
Tritton comprises an underground mining complex feeding a 1.8 million tonne per annum conventional processing plant. Copper concentrate produced at the operation is railed to the Port of Newcastle for export to customers internationally. The current mine plan for Tritton extends to FY2030.
