As a Geologist, you won't just be a part of the team; you'll be at the core of our mission to craft exceptional outcomes for our clients, using your expertise to unlock the secrets beneath the surface! 

This position follows an 8:6 roster, with flights, meals, and accommodation provided.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your journey will include:

• Take charge of geological mapping, analysis, and calculations that unveil the hidden potential of in-situ coal tonnage and quality.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and 72hr logistic plans that align with the site Production Plan, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
• Monitor the Production Plan's implementation and lend your insights to improve its efficiency and impact.
• Lead coal sampling activities with precision, ensuring the quality that fuels our progress.
• Dive into operational data, identifying trends and opportunities that will shape the future of our mining efforts.
• Be an active participant in business improvement initiatives, working with a dynamic team that thrives on innovation.

What We're Looking For: 

• A degree in Mining Engineering or Geology that serves as your ticket to this exciting realm.
• Demonstrated prowess in geological skills and proficiency with mining software, especially Vulcan, for a truly digital mining adventure.
• Tackling complex issues is your specialty; you thrive in challenging environments.
