A leading equipment and mining services company primarily bases in the NSW Coalfields and backed by a team with 35+ years of mining experience. Mineco has operations throughout NSW, QLD & SA which provides mining services in a wide range of fields. Mineco has an exciting position available for a “Mine Site Onboarding Administrator” to ensure new and ongoing Order 43 medical and site compliance for over 100 employees. This position is based in our Beresfield office and is an opportunity to work as part of a team to deliver quality mining services to our valued clients in the Hunter Valley and surrounding regions.
About You:

The successful applicant will have the following:
• Experience using Onsite Systems including Pegasus and Damstra.
• Experience preparing online portal requirements including letter of competencies.
• Experience and understanding of Order 43 Coal Board Medicals and preparation of medical management plans.
• 2 + years’ experience in an Administration Position
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• Intermediate skill level on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Sound communication / people skills
• Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
About the Role:
• Create a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new employees to the business.
• Coordinate site Inductions for all employees across the business through our client portal’s for current and new employees.
• Maintain induction and training records and ensure they are kept current.
• Coordinate and maintain Pre-employment and periodic Order 43 medical bookings for new and existing employees ensuring Medical Management Plans are created in accordance with the client requirements.
• Efficiently carry out end-to-end onboarding and competency management for new and existing employees.
• Organise PPE including Uniform orders for new and existing employees.
• Ensure new employees are compliant and site ready in accordance with client requirements prior to commencing.
• Ensuring the status of new and existing employees certification records are up to date.
• Participate in weekly meetings and provide Management with progress of employees competency management.
• Efficiently update Company onboarding tracker daily
• Build and maintain a good rapport with relevant site contacts.
• Ensure Company subscription and compliance certificates with onsite portals are updated and approved in a timely manner.
