The Mineworker – Coordinator classification was introduced under the Collinsville Coal Operations Enterprise Agreement 2022 to create a development pathway for aspiring Supervisors, and to recognise the Leading Hand role and its associated responsibilities.
As a current or step-up Leading Hand in the CHPP, Maintenance or Mining teams, you will demonstrate a commitment to safety, have a positive attitude, drive continuous improvement, and lead by example.
You will set high standards for your team and peers, communicate effectively, work proactivity in collaboration with others, and uphold the Company values.
