- Operating a Mini Excavator / Bobcat efficiently and safely on our development sites.
- Collaborating closely with our Lead Handyman and Project Manager.
- Maintaining clear communication with the director and relevant contractors, offering assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating Mini Excavator / Bobcat.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and contractors.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant licenses for operating heavy machinery (e.g., Bobcat/Excavator license).
