Provide fast service restocking of the mini bars, adhering to established standards to ensure complete restocking in the guest rooms is in a professional and efficient manner.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Your day to day
- Ensure stock accounting procedures are handled accurately, and all items consumed are
- Adhere to the daily procedures as per the requisitions par order form
- Charge all purchases through the POS system (Infrasys )
- Store mini bar stock according to hotel procedures
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
- Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner and provide assistance when required
- Communicate to F&B Manager any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
- Ensure grooming is impeccable and in accordance with IHG personal presentation standards
- Where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to control exposure to hazards in the
- Use other safety, emergency equipment, plant materials tools and substances provided in the workplace as directed or as required in safety procedures
- Report workplace hazards to supervisor
- Any other ad-hoc duties required to assist colleagues

- Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience not essential but preferred
