About the role

We are looking for an energetic Electrical Long-term Maintenance Planner / Specialist to join the team. This role will be responsible for development of comprehensive long-term plans for the electrical infrastructure to support the company's growth and operational needs.
The position will report to the Planning and Improvement Superintendent and be part of a team who are focused on working together to deliver improvement.
This position is being offered on 4 days on, 3 days off roster.
Core responsibilities

• Identify upcoming requirements and develop long term plan to align with life of mine
• Develops forward schedules for the management of maintenance work orders in site CMMS
• Setting resource capacities for accurate assignment of work to schedules
• Ordering and confirming logistics for all required resources
• Maintain drawing register and advice electrical team on availability of drawings
• Administration of plant equipment registers
• Conducting review of preventative maintenance tasks

About you

You will have an Electrical Trade or Engineering qualification, with experience working in a mining or engineering environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across departments and to communicate at all levels. You will be experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications and working using a CMMS. Being organised and a having an improvement mindset will be something that you value.
