Its Australian and Oceania headquarters is located at the 'Oceania Peace Embassy' in Sydney. HSAUWC is closely related to the FFWPU, which promotes strong, loving families based on the same teachings as HSAUWC. Their teachings are based on the Divine Principle, a revelation from God that explains the heart and original purpose of God's creation and the reason for the dysfunction of the first human family. They operate from our location in Chippendale, NSW, and have locations in major cities across Australia.
They are seeking a Minister of Religion to lead and inspire the faith community at HSAUWC in Sydney NSW. The incumbent must ensure that the vision aligns with that of the founders and their ministry and that the quality of services, engagements, and teachings across the region meets established standards.Position: Minister of Religion

Salary range: $55,000 to $70,000Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing and coordinating the development and implementation of the organization's vision, mission, core values, and strategic plan
· Preparing and delivering sermons, homilies, and special talks
· Communicating the faith and lifestyle by preaching sermons and God's word
· Responding to issues in the organization, society, and community for the welfare of the community and society,
· Managing the spiritual formational ministries of HSAUWC,
· Liaising with and reporting to the HSAUWC governance,
· overseeing the administration of personnel, financial and facility resources
· Articulating and leading the missional priorities of the organization
· Providing pastoral care to the community.
· Visit homes, hospitals, and other institutions to provide advice and religious comfort.
· Leading and energizing the outreach ministries of HSAUWC,
· Promote interfaith understanding, harmony, and world peace
· Inspiring the staff and the congregation to embrace the vision, coordinating strategic and developmental planning, and establishing and communicating ministry priorities.Qualifications:Masters degree in theology, from Unification Theological Seminary (or equivalent institution)
Be ordained Minister of Religion
Have 3-4 years of relevant experienceSkills and Experience:Proven experience in leading and inspiring a faith community.
Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and conduct religious services and instruction
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (Korean fluency desirable)
Ability to align organizational vision with that of the founders and their ministry
