Ministerial Assistant position available for suitable applicants to provide high level administrative support to a government Minister.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a diverse range of administrative support functions necessary for the effective operation of the Registry Office and provide secretarial services to manage policy documents and correspondence, including briefing papers, cabinet submissions, letters and emails.
- Provide a records management service including recording, preparing and distributing Cabinet and ministerial correspondence.
- Assist in finalising agency ministerial correspondence to a high standard of presentation, checking grammar, spelling, adherence to appropriate standards and formatting requirements.
- Assist in digitising records and archiving of records as required and confidential storage of the working files
- Provide support to the Director, Cabinet Office and Secretariat Services, and Minister’s Offices as required
