Swissport Mishandled Baggage Services Agentsare responsible for safely, efficiently and reliably exceeding the service delivery expectations of Swissport’s clients (airlines) and their passengers on a daily basis. 

You will enjoy the challenge of investigating, tracing and locating Mishandled Baggage for passengers across multiple airlines. As the first point of contact, you will liaise with our baggage handling team, monitor baggage claim areas, keep accurate missing baggage inbound and outbound records, report data as required, and arrange for missing baggage to be reunited with passengers. You will also support operational service disruption and recovery situations by coordinating with internal and external providers such as our baggage and customer service teams together with hotels, couriers, bus and airline companies to ensure positive outcomes for passengers.

• You have the ability to work variable hours to meet airline schedules
