The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Mission Planning Technical Specialist with Army Aviation Mission Planning experience who will join our team to provide technical expertise and advice to support the Army Aviation Mission Planning Team and implementation of the AMS.
The Mission Planning Technical SMEs would provide technical expertise and advice to support UHSPO -ACTSS with implementation of Mission Planning system requirements by providing design and implementation guidance associated to UH60M Blackhawk Mission Planning System (AMPS).
The Mission Planning Technical SME would also provide expertise and guidance relating to future requirements for Army Aviation Mission Planning and integration into the Battlefield Aviation C4I Program, in support of UHSPO.
All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 clearance. Only candidates holding an NV1 clearance or above should apply.
The Mission Planning Technical SME would be responsible to the Army Aviation Mission Planning Systems Team Lead to provide technical support for the AMS deliverables, supported by ACTSS and represent Army Aviation Mission Planning Team as follows:
Provide specialist advice for Mission Planning design and integration for fixed and deployed computer networks.
Provide technical advice in relation to the system hardware and software.
Provide technical expertise to support the development of Mission Planning elements and the integration of the Army Aviation Mission Planning with other Defence planning, co-ordination and reporting systems.
Provide specialist advice to acquisitions projects for Army Aviation Mission Planning interfaces.
Maintaining knowledge of allied forces development and employment of Army Aviation Mission Planning System, through attendance at technical forums such as Interface Control Working Group (ICWG) meetings and through review of documentation supplied by allied forces.
