Job tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Mixology and all tasks related to our upmarket cocktail/wine bar environment
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate the following skills:
- working knowledge of making both modern, classic and contemporary cocktails
- a good understanding of wine.
- fast paced with a sense of urgency
- must be Customer Focused and a Team Player
- an essential part of the role is to Smile, Have Fun and Enjoy Yourself!
