Mobile Crushing Operators

Agriflex is currently seeking candidates for the following positions at our Flagship Phosphate Operation.

Reporting to the Directly to the Crushing Supervisor or Processing Management you join our team at Ardmore Phosphate. Working on a 8/6 Roster this position will require you to stay at company provided accommodation in Dajarra. The role includes but not limited to responsibilities for the following:

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate and Maintain New Mobile Crushing circuit to optimize production and quality as directed by the Crushing Supervisor or delegate.
• Identify, report and act on all hazards whilst complying with the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
• Perform roving duties to monitor crushing plant performance and make adjustments as required.
• Perform breakdown maintenance repairs as required
• Conduct Planned Maintenance and Operational inspections and services
• Maintain crushing plant and equipment as requested during scheduled maintenance periods.
• Operate crushing circuits auxiliary equipment as required
• Operate Mobile Plant related to the operation of crushing plant as required
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of all areas of the crushing plant and non-process infrastructure.
• Complete other tasks as delegated by the site management and team leaders.

Experience:

• Experience in the operation and maintenance of Mobile Crushing Circuits
• Experience and comfortable Working in Remote Locations

Skills & Qualifications:

• C-Class license is Essential
• Trade qualifications desirable but not essential
• Conduct Wheeled Loader Operations accreditation is required
• Working at Heights and Confined Space desirable
• Basic First Aid regulation requirement
