This role is responsible for:
- Servicing independent and group workshops in the eastern suburbs (driving the van to each location and providing products)
- Identifying the needs of customers for additional products through your product knowledge and awareness of customer requirements
- Building relationships with clients with great customer service
- Maintaining your van's stock levels
- Manage your run sheet and maintain accurate logs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
- Understanding of and passion for the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with others
- Desire for career progression
- Competency in Microsoft office products including Excel
- Prior experience or willingness to drive a van (automatic), and a safe place to park when not working
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Criminal History and Pre-Employment Medical Check
