As an IV infusion Nurse/Paramedic, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Role:

We are seeking skilled and empathetic Mobile Infusion Nurses/Paramedics to join our team and provide exceptional infusion therapy services to patients in various locations across Perth. The Mobile Infusion Nurse/Paramedic will be responsible for administering IV medications, monitoring patients' progress, and delivering compassionate care while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Opportunity:
This role offers flexible working hours and flexible income potential with no more night shifts or long hours in the hospital. This role has the potential to grow as the business grows - bonuses available for new client generation and client rebooking's. 

We have a lovely Nurse Manager on Board to support you with any of your supervision or medical questions - she will be training you and supporting your induction should you be successful. 

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Registered Nurses (RNs), or Paramedics in Australia, with 1 year cannulation experience.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with a hunger for success and a commitment to patient care.
  • Must have AHPRA registration. 
  • Cannulation experience and training essential willingness be retrained if needed is a must. 

About the Role:
As a Mobile Infusion Nurse/Paramedic, you'll be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including booking systems, payment gateways, stock levels, and building client partnerships.

Our primary therapy solution is IV Vitamin drips. Your role would be travelling to clients, consulting, and administering therapies through IV and IM routes as well as providing a holistic approach, advice and support to the client and their wellbeing.

Your primary focus will be administering IV treatments with responsibilities such as 

  • Patient assessment and care delivery 
  • Patient education and support
  • Documentation and Communication 
  • Safety and Compliance 

Qualifications:

  • Valid AHPRA Nurse/Paramedic registration
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Paramedicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing or paramedic experience, preferably in infusion therapy or a related field
  • Proficiency in IV therapy techniques is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on promoting wellness and enhancing quality of life.

Salary: $40-$60ph + commission
 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday - you pick your hours between 8am and 8pm. 
  • Work Location: In person delivered in home at various locations across Perth and the South West. 
  • Weekend availability and after-hours or last minute availability favorable but not essential
