About the role
Join us as a Mobile Banker, where your primary focus will be delivering exceptional, personalised service to our members while fostering relationships within the community to drive new business growth in lending. As a vital member of our Lending team, you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding performance targets, ensuring the integrity of our loan portfolio, and going above and beyond our customers' expectations. With a strong emphasis on compliance and risk management, you'll have control over the entire loan process - from inception to settlement and beyond - in areas such as personal loans, home loans, and commercial loans.

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will bring the following skills and attributes to the role:
- Previous experience in consumer and commercial lending.
- Knowledge of current responsible lending legislation.
- A proven track record of networking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking and presenting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management skills.
- Exceptional professional presentation.
- Proven ability to make needs-based sales.
- Positive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- In addition, you must be someone who enjoys working with others and places team success alongside your own.
