We are looking for a qualified Light Vehicle mechanic with proven experience in vehicle maintenance/Roadside Assistance. Our focus is on providing the highest level of service to our customers. The right candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, be highly motivated and possess excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for providing a mobile repair service. In this largely autonomous role, you will be responsible for;
- Timely and effectively carrying out mobile repair jobs
- Organising and prioritising work instructions/job call outs
- Accurately completing all paperwork, in line with appropriate legislation and company policy
- Working in a safe manner; abiding by company policy in terms of housekeeping, public safety, working with hazardous materials etc
- Achieve monthly set KPI's set by your manager for service performance;

About you:
To be eligible to apply for this role you MUST possess the following:
- Qualified Mechanic
- The right to work in Australia (in the form of Citizenship, Perm Residency or a valid Visa)
- Valid Drivers licence
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check and a medical check
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to help people

- Possess a high level of integrity, as this is a highly autonomous role, we are seeking someone who will act in an ethical manner at all times.
