About the Role:
We have a FULL TIME Mobile Periodical Expert vacancy. This position is mobile with work ranging from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and any reasonable areas towards the West (Toowoomba is a good example). We are searching for an expert in the field of Periodic Works such as hard floor maintenance, high pressure washing, carpet shampooing, building wash downs to name a few.
This is a rare opportunity for someone with great time management skills, to secure a position with a great company. Your experience in these areas, coupled with your well-developed communication skills – and that is both listening and talking - will see you love this role. Your new work van is equipped with all that you will need and is a pleasure to drive. You will be well supported by our Head Office crew in all areas including Administration, Safety and Operational experts.
Some of the key areas of responsibility just to give you a taste of what’s to come is:
- Working with Area Mangers and Operations Administration to schedule all periodical cleaning tasks.
- Liaising with the client for site access
- Periodical cleaning / machine operation: polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals, Building Wash Downs.
- Responsible for organising timely and ongoing repairs & maintenance of all machinery as and when it falls due.
- Updating electronic planning and completion tickets

- Organizational skills
- Communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner. Listening skills are a must!
- Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- Experience in operating cleaning machinery, unfortunately this role is not for beginners.
Essential requirements:
- CAR LICENCE ESSENTIAL.
- Ability to work Flexible Hours, most works will be completed after hours and possibly over weekends.
- Sound understanding of periodical cleaning & machine operation: Previous Periodical Cleaning experience; polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals is essential.
- Responsible to work unsupervised.
- Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills.
- High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety Management also a commitment to safe working practices.
- EWP license preferred but not essential.
