We’re expanding our team and looking for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists ready to take on a new role, making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

Who are we?
We are Crest Speech Pathology. We work with a diverse range of young people, helping improve their communicative ability and independence whilst working collaboratively with their support network.
We couldn’t do it without our incredible team. You’ll be working with a passionate group of like-minded professionals, who’ll be there to support you, every step of the way.
Our work is mobile based, servicing Sydney’s Inner West, South East and Hills District. Our team enjoys flexible working arrangements to suit their lifestyle – and you can too.
Who we’re looking for…
Whether you’re a newer therapist or you’ve got several years’ experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re self-motivated, eager to learn and most importantly, you’ve got a sense of humour. You’ll fit right in with the team.
There are a few non-negotiables you’ll need too:
- Bachelor in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, recognised in Australia
- APRHA Registration (Occupational therapy)
- NSW Driver’s License
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)

What will your average day look like in the role?
No two days of work are the same, but your average day and responsibilities will look something like this:
- Performing assessment and/or screening of participants, including communication, clinical and background history
- Formulating agreed, person-centred service plans, in collaboration with the client, their carers and other team members
- Preparing comprehensive or NDIS reports as required
- Regularly re-evaluating clients’ functional ability and reviewing their plan in relation to goals set
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing a mixed caseload across different environments, including the clinic, community, in homes and in education environments
