We are looking for a mechanic with the following:

• Previous experience in vehicle repairs
• Someone who understands and is able to detect issues across a range of different vehicles
• Australian working rights (Applicants without Australian mechanical qualifications will NOT be considered)
• Ability to conduct pre-purchase vehicle inspections on vehicles ranging from family cars and 4x4's to sports and prestige vehicles 

Our inspections are carried out on behalf of our customers at various private residences, commercial properties and dealerships across the Sydney Metro area. The inspections take approximately 50-60 minutes to complete and we anticipate a maximum of 4-5 inspections would be carried out per day.

We provide you with:

• A new fully equiped & maintained company vehicle
• Training on all aspects of the role
• Diagnostic scan tool/ Paint depth gauge
• A Company Fuel card and Company Toll account

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, hold an Australian trade license as a qualified motor mechanic, a full drivers license, experience in the industry and be familiar with a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate should be well presented, is able to communicate well and has some familiarity with usage of a smart phone/mobile device.

We provide the vehicle and all equipment and the salary will start at $80,000 Including Superanuation depending on experience. There will be opportunity to earn above and beyond the base salary through a bonus structure should the applicant have an eagerness to provide additional work outside the required hours/inspection numbers - this however, is not a requirement. This position will suit full-time, part-time, contractor-basis or casual but our preference is a full time inspector.
