KAEFER Integrated Services is currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming Shutdown. This role will be an ASAP start through to the end of the shutdown in December 2024. Initially you will work in the Mackay Office Monday – Friday before transitioning to site when the shutdown commences mid year.
Key Responsibilities
• Manning levels across Shutdown requirements
• Mobilization and onboarding of shutdown personnel
• Provide workforce planning assistance to operations for all requirements.
• Liaise regularly with site and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment & selection procedure.
• Additional duties as required.
• You will need to be service oriented and have a flexible approach to the changing demands of our various operating areas whilst ensuring compliance from all areas.
About You
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience working with Shutdowns desirable
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with people in an informative and positive manner
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Enjoys a challenge and a variety of responsibilities associated with running reception and assisting other departments as required
• Sound knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Office.
