Address Position Overview:
Montessori Noosa are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated, experienced and qualified Montessori Guide with Queensland College of Teachers registration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to Montessori philosophy, possess a strong understanding of child development, and be enthusiastic about creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a Montessori curriculum that caters to the individual needs of the child.
Maintain a prepared environment that encourages children to independently explore and learn.
Accurately assess student progress and maintain detailed records.
Engage with parents and the school community to support the holistic development of each child.
Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.
Ensure compliance with the educational standards and regulations as outlined by the Queensland College of Teachers.
Having STEM knowledge and an understanding of incorporating Indigenous perspectives in the curriculum, a bonus.
Qualifications:
Montessori 6-12 Diploma.
Current teaching registration in Queensland.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Proven experience in a Montessori classroom environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for Montessori education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Annual Salary range:
$75,000 to $105,000 plus superannuation.
