The role

The Motor Assessing Manager is responsible for leading, developing & driving the Assessing Business via a team of technical, process and customer service experts to drive market-leading cost capabilities via the application of Auto & General’s Repair Method and Assessing Quality Assurance Framework.

What experience you’ll bring

  • Leadership experience (both line leadership and thought leadership through influencing stakeholders outside of line).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, high level of problem solving and systems thinking.
  • Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience.
  • Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply new learning to improve business performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Valid Driver’s licence.
  • Relevant Trade qualification.
