Completing assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss, and providing customers with access to the prompt resolution of complaints, including repair warranty, service related and other issues. Complying with motor assessing process, guidelines, allowances, parts policy, severity coding requirements and repairer standards. Wherever appropriate, applying repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance. Contributing to improving the customer service of Selected and non-Selected repairers. Completing audits with repairers and where practicable, completing total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment. Understanding customer insights and feedback. About you Trade qualifications as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic An understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles Current Driver's License Experience working with customers and delivering great customer service outcomes Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation and time management skills Previous experience in motor vehicle assessing practices (desirable) Experience using Audanet and/or Estimage will be highly desirable but not essential What's on offer Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.
