Position: Experienced Motorcycle Mechanic

As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various motorcycle and powersports makes and models.
· Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake inspections.
· Troubleshoot complex problems and develop effective repair solutions.
· Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options and provide outstanding service.
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems and components.
· Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Valid motorcycle license and clean riding record.
