SalaryWe are looking for a Delivery Driver / Yard Hand to undertake customer deliveries, supplier pick-ups and assist in the yard loading/unloading trucks, preparing orders and organising stock.
Lynn’s Building Materials is a well established family owned and operated business in the Sutherland Shire. With a long history of more than 50 years, we sell timber and building products to builders and DIY renovators. We are well known for stocking and supplying a range of quality products, offering competitive prices and providing traditional customer service.
- MR Vehicle Drivers License is essential
- Previous driving experience is not essential provided you can demonstrate your ability to drive & operate our Hiab mounted crane truck safely
- Safe & timely deliveries around the Sydney metro & Greater Sydney region
- Moderate fitness level for physical tasks & manual handling is essential
- Restocking timber racks & rotating stock
- Serving customers in a fast & efficient manner when required
- Willingness to learn & ability to follow instructions
- Hardworking, reliable & trustworthy
- Basic numeracy & writing skills
- Forklift license is an advantage but not essential
- Knowledge of timber & building materials is an advantage but not essential
Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm
