Sydney Freezers is the #1 in Food Service, providing and distributing an extensive range of products to businesses throughout Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, and Canberra. Our extensive product range provides customers with a one-call solution to all their food service needs.

We specialize in small goods, fresh meat, fresh poultry, frozen seafood, dry and frozen goods, packaging, and chemicals. We also provide our own brand of oil, flour, and fries.

We have a fleet of 40 and growing, delivering 6 days per week, we offer our customers late cut-off for next-day delivery and customer are able to order via our online app, email or customers can contact our customer service team directly Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.

It takes a great team of people to service our customers and provide them with the variety of products they require.

About the role

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for distributing dry and cold food goods promptly to customers on a designated route within the greater Sydney area and/or New South Wales.

· Driving company refrigerated truck (6-10 pallets)

· Delivering and loading food items to shops professionally, correctly and efficiently

· Ensure the documentation, invoices and credit notes are provided correctly.

· Collect payments when required and return customer payments to head office

· Keep the vehicle clean, neat and tidy at all times and wash once per week

· Drive the vehicle in a safe manner and in accordance with all NSW Road Rules

· Represent the business in a professional manner and provide a high level of customer service.

· Comply with the work procedure as required.

About you

· MR or HR license (Required) Manual MR/HR License (Preferred)

· Be able to commute to Bankstown. (Required)

· Willing to work 5 to 6 days. (Required)

· Eligible to work in Australia. (Required)

· Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry is desirable.
