Full work rights to work in Australia are required for this position.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions (F&O) based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in MSD development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
