Our Finance team has recently embarked on a transformation journey and as such, we currently have a number of NEW opportunities for talented and motivated professionals to join our Finance Business Partnering teams.The Department is establishing a pool of suitable Level 5 and Level 6 candidates, with five (5) permanent full-time positions available for immediate filling.The Level 5 Accountant will contribute to developing and delivering value-adding and client focused financial accounting services to various business areas within the Department.The Level 6 Senior Finance Business Partner provides value-adding financial accounting services to the Department and undertakes preparation, coordination and review of statutory financial reporting requirements for the Department. This position contributes to the DPIRD Budget Strategy program and Budget Estimates cycle and supports the Department’s incident and emergency management activities.We are looking for people who are client focused, responsive, eager to learn, collaborative and value relationships.
