Job Description: You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests. Whether you're crafting specialty coffees as a Barista, mixing up delicious cocktails as a Bartender, coordinating unforgettable events as part of our Event Crew, welcoming our guests with your warm and welcoming personality as a Reception/Front of House Crew or preparing mouthwatering dishes as a Chef, your contribution will be valued, appreciated and a crucial part of the operation.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the facility.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Be able to adapt to changes and problem-solve. 
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and procedures.
• All staff ages 18+ MUST obtain a WWCC. 
• All staff ages 18+ MUST obtain RSA.
• All staff MUST obtain the VIC government food handling certificate 
• After commencing employment you must obtain First Aid and CPR Certificate II within a given time period.
