Our ambition is to create the exemplar for elegant, contemporary Australian whisky that complements the beautiful Full Circle Spirits range of award-winning products. We will shine a spotlight on the artisans, farmers and products of the Adelaide Hills and the 35th Parallel South, and showcase the value of provenance, terroir and excellence. Partnered with extraordinary chef Kane Pollard, our values of care, generosity, pursuit of excellence and integrity are underpinned by respect and accountability. This Full Circle/Kane Pollard takeover is the first part of an extraordinary long-term and world-class vision that will involve sustainable and personalised tourism, accommodation and wellbeing experiences.
Our innovative and premium spirits and food experience program will soon begin trading from our newly refreshed location at Verdun, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
We are now seeking to onboard a number of team members in full-time, part-time and casual roles across this exciting new business, namely:
- Front of House
- Mixologist
- Cellar Door Staff
- Kitchen team
- Production Assistant
- Warehouse Assistant
