Concreters
- Experience in pouring, spreading, smoothing, and finishing concrete.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Strong understanding of concrete mixes and properties.
Formworkers
- Skilled in constructing formwork for concrete structures.
- Proficient in using formwork systems and tools.
- Ability to work from plans and specifications.
Steel Fixers
- Expertise in cutting, bending, and tying steel bars and mesh.
- Knowledge of different types of reinforcement materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Machine Operators
- Tandem Tipper Operators
- Bobcat Operator
- Excavator Operators
- Proven experience operating the relevant machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Experienced Labourers
- General construction site experience.
- Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience
- White Card
- Valid licences and certifications for machine operators
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work the occasional Saturday
- Must have own transport and drivers licence
- Have your own PPE and basic tools
