Juniper is growing and we are recruiting multiple experienced and skilled Multiskilled Carers for our ROVING Workforce who are available for work Monday to Friday. The ideal candidates would have the capacity to be flexible to work across a number of our Residential Sites across Perth Metro to cover planned and unplanned leave.
You will have a 'base site', but when required, a member of the Rostering team will contact you and allocate you to an alternative site. Based on Enterprise Agreement rates, travel allowance will be paid on any day you are required to travel from your base site to the alternate site. You’ll need a current WA Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Provide assistance to residents with their hygiene needs including bathing, dental hygiene, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Support the maintenance or restoration of residents' independence by providing assistance to engage in activities of interest and use mobility aids where required.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and report information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health and Management as required.
• Maintain effective communication in the workplace, being respectful, open to change and kind in your approach.
• Assist residents with the administration of correct medication in accordance with Juniper policies

The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

• Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or Cert 3 in Aged Care) (Essential)
• 6 months experience working as a carer in an aged care setting (Essential)
• Experience working with Dementia (Essential)
• Understanding of AN-ACC documentation (Desirable)
• Experience working within a person centered, enabling environment
