Museum And Gallery Attendant

We are currently looking for an experienced Library & Museum Assistant (Local History) with the relevant experience to assist with the planning, support and delivery of an efficient and effective library and museum service to the community.The role is based at the Belmont Library & Museum Hub (opposite the Belmont Forum). They will undertake a range of administrative duties, including basic research, typing of reports, minutes, filing and compiling statistics, assist with the planning, development and delivery of services to Museum customers, and assist with the accessioning, storage and display of the Museums artefacts and the maintenance and development of the local history archive.The candidate will be competent and confident with excellent customer service and have excellent attention to detail.Rate: $42.00 per hour plus Superannuation
