MV STORE ONLINE COORDINATOR
Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking an Online Coordinator to work in Museums Victoria's Online Store.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to help oversee operational aspects of the Museums Victoria (‘MV') Online Retail Store -
Key responsibilities of the role include customer service and order fulfilment, web maintenance (Shopify), creation of product profiles and copy, and marketing support.
Other duties include inventory management, sales and stock on hand reporting, procurement of online store product images and copy updates.
NOTABE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Demonstrated track record of customer service excellence and background in retail/sales.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an e-commerce platform (Shopify preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to operate a computer point of sale system and inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated track record of strong organisational skills. An ability to prioritise tasks, and workload to manage competing deadlines.
This is an ongoing full-time position. The salary on offer is $56,834 per annum (base of grade) + 11% superannuation.
