About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a National Business Analyst who's ready to optimise our business processes. This isn't just any Business Analyst role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on for an initial 12-month journey in our new Sydney head office on a full-time basis. This position is your chance to be deeply involved in shaping the future from day one, with the added potential for your journey to be extended past this initial engagement.
What Will You Do?
- Analyse and optimise business processes within Calvary to support our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
- Bridge the gap between business operations and IT, facilitating the implementation of technology solutions that will deliver on value.

- An experienced professional who has thrived in Agile team environments, adept at navigating dynamic workflows and iterative development cycles.
- A strong communicator who can effectively convey complex ideas and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
