Based in Perth, as our National Events Coordinator, we are seeking an events extraordinaire who will be an all-rounder and work closely with the National Sponsorship and Events team on supporting the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations as well as local initiatives with the aim of enhancing the brand, reputation, and relationships of the firm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organising and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
- Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
- Adhere to the best practice marketing processes within the firm and educate the wider team about them.
- Contribute to brand campaigns and firm-wide events.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of events.
