The Role
You will lead and inspire our Australia VM Field team to deliver world-class store experiences for our customer and to drive business performance across the Country
Reporting into the Country Brand Manager, you will be responsible for our Australian market for the
- Build and drive a culture that inspires others through purpose driven leadership
- Lead and build capability within your teams that enables performance and builds a talent pipeline for future succession
- Embed customer excellence through elevated store experiences, commercial decision making and operational excellence
- Lead the VM Field team to execute our Brand strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives
- Collaborate across the business to maximise sales performance and business growth through effective visual directives and to influence future initiatives
