About the Role:

Looking for an opportunity to leverage your construction experience to make a real difference to the industry, then this could be a role for you. Bunnings are seeking an appropriately qualified and/or experienced team member to join their supply and install business as National InstallationsServices Manager, in what is a critical role to how we operate.

Working with our builders nominees, project co-ordination team and state team leaders, this role is focused on how and who we partner with in the delivery of S&I solutions across a broad range of different applications and environments, from semi commercial to medium density and semi-detached dwellings.

With a solid knowledge of building practices and principles this position ensures that our contractual obligations are appropriate and met, our program schedules remain on track and the appropriate oversight is in place to support how we operate.

What you can expect to do:

  • Deliver E2E Supply & Install solutions into our Commercial Customers
  • Conduct all tasks and activities in accordance with all applicable laws including Trade Practices Laws and ACCC
  • Ensure full compliance to administration procedures within the business
  • Lead supplier engagement to ensure that all arrangements supports the S&I strategy and are focused on creating a strong partnership foundation
  • Meet Market expectation with coordination of timely delivery of take offs, quotes, project supply and installation
  • Maximise market share in target markets and identify product and market opportunities in the area through competitor intelligence collation


What we need from you:

  • 5+ years experience in the building industry, ideally site supervision or building practitioner
  • 2+ years leading and developing team
  • Demonstrated understanding and interpretation of building contracts and construction codes
  • Experience in working with sub-contractors
  • A desire to work as part of a team
