About the role
The National Manager of Volunteer Services provides executive leadership in setting strategic direction and priorities for volunteer programs across our healthcare facilities nationwide. Leadership in the promotion of the mission and core values of Calvary (LCM Health Care), is marked by a demonstrated grasp of the complexities of health service delivery together with the unique moral, ethical and social expectations placed on services that claim Catholic identity.
The National Volunteer Lead will ensure that volunteer programs are compliant with the National Volunteer Standards, key volunteer legislation and will support Volunteer Managers across all services to implement programs that promote our mission by providing the best experience for the people in our care and our volunteers.
Your main duties will include:
- Strategic oversight of Volunteer Services at a National level.
- Working with the site-based Volunteer Services teams to develop volunteering programs and ensure compliance.
- Work as part of the National Mission team, including contributing to the Mission Governance Framework.
