The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our Master Data, Deals & Pricing team based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are seeking someone with a focus on data integrity, deadlines, and a liking for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Managing Master Data for Symbion
  • Maintain supplier relationships and deal with internal and external enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Interpreting complex agreements and executing
  • Preparing and instructing pricing setup
  • Understanding of claims and cost recovery processes
  • Ability to investigate and resolve in-depth queries
  • Data compliance and privacy responsibilities
  • Maintaining and reviewing data for accuracy
  • Completing quality assurance checks
  • Assisting other team members and areas of the business
  • Ability to provide cross-training to staff
  • Leadership abilities
  • Regular Reporting utilising MS Office; Excel, Access Database, etc
  • Adhering to SOPs
  • Filing
  • Project work

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have skills and experience in:

  • Proven experience in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with management to drive process improvements
  • Ability to step in and back up your Team Leader when required
