The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
• Experience in recruitment and / or a sales environment is highly desirable
• Ability to work towards and exceed achievable Key Performance Indicators, resulting in additional bonuses
• Caring attitude with the desire to provide winning outcomes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office
