What is the opportunity?

An opportunity exists for a National Vehicles Operations Manager to join the team at Erskine Park.

The purpose of this role is to effectively control and manage all vehicles operation functions nationally in conjunction with working closely with the operations in all vehicle storage and cross-dock compounds to ensure a seamless interface and maximum productivity.

Further to the above, the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Diary management of the vehicle volume flow ensuring customer KPI expectations are met
Constant review of customer forecasts along with current vehicle volumes and equipment flows
Assist in the development and implementation of operational efficiencies
Lead the development and implementation of operations strategies, plans and operational policies with a focus on enhancing current services and developing new service offerings

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Extensive experience in senior leadership positions related to logistics
Thorough understanding of COR legislation and associated responsibilities
Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and cost analysis
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Results driven
