Position Overview: We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Naturopath/Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face our customers turn to for advice, recommendations, and a dose of positivity. You'll work alongside our amazing team to hit daily service targets and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the sunshine in our store, greeting customers with a smile and offering them the support they need.
• Use your knowledge of health and wellness to guide customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
• Work hand-in-hand with your teammates to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Keep things spick and span around the store so that every customer feels right at home.
• Stay curious and eager to learn, soaking up all the training and development opportunities we offer.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a health food store.
• In depth knowledge about herbs and supplements.
• A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives.
• A can-do attitude and the willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
