We are looking for experienced NDIS Admin officer to join our team on permanent or casual basis. We are looking for someone who understands the rights of people with disability and who has office admin experience to assist in office work and staff rostering.
Your responsibility will be rostering of support workers and allocating shifts to ensure that our clients get the best care on time.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing the rostering of our support workers to deliver disability services in line with client care requirements and preferences.
- Assisting with office admin work, manage phone calls and do other tasks as directed
- Provide support to the management team in all NDIS administrative and documentation tasks as required in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Assist in NDIS Compliance/audit processes and documentation.

About you
To join our team, you must have the following skills and experience
- Experience of rostering and office administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn
- A passion for assisting others and building a strong and dedicated workforce
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and knowledge of communication software.

Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Role and ability to always exercise discretion/confidentiality and sensitive information appropriately. What we require from you
- A valid Driver’s license and reliable car
- NDIS worker Screening Check ( or willing to obtain )
- Police check
- Working with children check
- Current First Aid Training
- Current CPR Training
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or immunization evidence
