We are seeking an experienced NDIS Training Consultant to deliver various pre-employment programs. Through building effective relationships in the community you will source participants and deliver training sessions in small groups. 

Position outcomes:

  • Source eligible participants for the various training programs. 
  • Deliver all elements of the program to each participant, including pre-employment development, soft skills development and work experience placements.
  • Produce ongoing update reports that meet the Contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with the participants, other service providers and advocates to ensure ongoing knowledge of all elements of participants other supports and networks.
  • Engage local Employers for work experience and ongoing employment opportunities for participants

Who are we looking for?

An engaging candidate who builds rapport well and creates an environment in which people want to do their best. Ideally the candidate will have had experience in a teaching or training based role, more importantly the successful candidate will establish and maintain quality relationships with service providers and participants alike. Expereince in working with people with disabilities would be advantagous but not essential. 

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. 

This is predominantly a role that works during business hours but there will be out of hours work occasionally. 

A full drivers licence is essential for this role.
