Your Role:
As our practice manager  you will:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, expansion, and service enhancement.
• Forge strong partnerships and collaborations within the industry and the community
• Share and discuss innovative ideas and implementation of new plans regularly 
• Lead a dedicated team of professionals to achieve greatness.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and maintain our high-quality standards.
• Grow different branches of the business and expand our services 
• HR and payroll management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Proven expertise in NDIS and related services.
• A flair for innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Self-driven with a relentless commitment to success.
